Shipping policy
We provide safe, reliable and professional worldwide shipping services for all vinyl records, CDs and music collectible orders worldwide. Fully aware that physical music media are fragile, pressure‑sensitive and easily scratched, we adopt specialized protective packaging procedures for every single order to minimize risks during long‑distance international transportation.
Each vinyl record is first placed in an anti‑static inner sleeve and a dust‑proof outer poly sleeve. It is then wrapped with thick bubble wrap for shock absorption, and finally packed inside a sturdy, rigid cardboard mailer box with extra padding materials to prevent bending, warping, scratching, edge damage or breakage caused by squeezing and collision. For CD orders, discs are protected with scratch‑resistant sleeves and packed in rigid boxes to avoid surface damage and case cracking. All items are double‑checked before sealing to ensure secure packaging.
Shipping Fee & Delivery Time
- Orders under £50: Flat shipping fee of £9.50, estimated delivery within 2–17 working days
- Orders £50 and above: Complimentary free standard shipping, estimated delivery within 3–25 working days
All orders will be processed, inspected and carefully packed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. Weekends, public holidays and official holidays are not included in the processing period. Once your parcel is dispatched, we will send a unique tracking number to your registered email address, allowing you to check real‑time logistics status, transit progress and estimated delivery date online at any time.
For all international cross‑border orders, all import duties, local taxes, customs clearance fees and other related charges generated in the destination country shall be fully borne by the buyer. We will provide complete and standard shipping documents to assist smooth customs clearance. All stated delivery times are estimated only. Delays caused by customs inspection, logistics congestion, seasonal shipping peaks, extreme weather, remote‑area transit and other uncontrollable factors are beyond our responsibility.
If you receive items with damaged packaging, scratched vinyl, warped records, broken cases, incorrect albums or missing products, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours after receiving your parcel. Kindly provide your order number, detailed problem description and clear photos or videos of the outer package and defective items. We will verify the situation quickly and provide proper after‑sales solutions such as full refund, free replacement or partial refund to protect your legitimate collecting rights and interests.
